To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we would like to outline our cancellation and refund policy, addressing frequently asked questions. Let's delve into it:

 

This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which:

 

(a) You are permitted to return purchased goods, subject to a valid reason;

(b) A refund may be obtained for purchased goods, subject to certain conditions;

(c) Orders for purchased goods may be cancelled within a stipulated period.

 

While we strive to facilitate returns, refunds, and cancellations, certain restrictions are necessary to meet our business, legal, and contractual obligations. Please note that return, refund, or cancellation policies may vary from brand to brand. In such cases, specific guidelines for each product will prevail over this policy. It's essential to acquaint yourself with the applicable guidelines before making a purchase on our website.

 

What Can Be Returned and When?

 

You can return products if:

 

(a) You received a faulty or defective product (e.g., damaged or leaked attar bottle, non-working electric Bakhoor burner);

(b) You received a product different from what you ordered;

(c) You received a product that looks different from its appearance;

(d) The delivered product is not the exact size you ordered (size issues);

(e) You are dissatisfied with the Riyaah Perfumes range of attars.

 

*Note: For any complaints regarding faulty delivery necessitating a return or refund (e.g., stolen product from the package, received damaged product, received empty package), you must provide an unboxing video of the package for your query to be entertained by our customer care. Without a video, no complaints will be entertained.

 

What Products Cannot Be Returned?

 

Products that:

 

(a) Have been used, worn, washed, or soiled;

(b) Branded items with broken seals cannot be returned unless compensation is provided;

(c) Consumable products with broken seals cannot be returned unless compensation is provided;

(d) Are ordered during sales or discounts;

(e) Are customized orders.

 

Conditions for Returning Products

 

(a) Products must be returned in their original condition with any bills, tags, labels, etc.;

(b) Products must be in their original, unsoiled form;

(c) Brand packaging should be intact;

(d) Replacement of a product will be subject to its availability on the website at that time.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

To raise a dispute, please contact us on WhatsApp at +919033440110. Your message must contain the name/image of the product and the order ID, along with a detailed description of the concern. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at the discretion of the Riyaah Perfumes team. If approved, you must send the product back to us within 7 days.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

(a) Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours.

(b) Customized orders cannot be cancelled.

(c) If you wish to cancel a product not yet dispatched, we have the authority to cancel it (you must inform us).
